Mapping out Lovejoy ISD: How To Find Out if Your Dream Home is Actually Located in Lovejoy ISD

We all know that homes for sale in Lovejoy ISD is a hot commodity these days, in part because of its “exemplary” status from Texas Education Agency (the highest possible ranking). Serving most of the communities of Lucas, Fairview and a part of Allen, Lovejoy ISD is one of those districts that can be difficult to get into because of the many buyers interested in this area, but it can also actually be equally tough to determine where its borders actually are! Because the district was established in 1917 and roads and community boundaries have changed greatly since that time, you could find yourself buying in Allen, Texas thinking that it falls under the Lovejoy ISD boundaries, when in fact, the district’s border stops on the other side of your street!

If a home you’re looking at is in, say, Allen, Texas and you would like to ensure that your children are enrolled in Lovejoy ISD, you want to be sure that you’re looking in the right neighborhood. Located within the city limits of McKinney, Texas but part of the Lovejoy School District, the Serenity Farms neighborhood offers an incomparable living experience in close proximity to stunning natural beauty but without sacrificing access to the amenities and features of McKinney or even the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area to the south.   Built on the site of the first golf club in all of McKinney, this neighborhood is nestled in an amongst old growth trees, several ponds and backs to the Heard Nature and Wildlife Sanctuary!  For those seeking luxury living in North Texas, the incredible homes in Serenity Farms certainly fit the bill.
