Ashley Parks
Ashley Parks is a consistent, top-producer in Lovejoy ISD and Collin County and brings extensive local knowledge of the area to the Matlock Real Estate team. She carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.
She first fell in love with real estate after going through a number of her own relocations and land purchases. Her passion lies in residential, new construction, farm, ranch, and investment properties. She brings years of real estate experience and even more experience as a Collin County resident. Ashley grew up in Abilene, TX and after college, relocated to Lucas, where she has spent the past 15 years raising her 2 children.
Prior to joining the Matlock Real Estate team, Ashley worked as a physical therapist. She completed her undergraduate work at Abilene Christian University and went on to graduate summa cum laude with a Master of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University in Lubbock.
Ashley has served as a board member of both the Hart Elementary and Sloan Creek Intermediate School PTAs, is an active member of National Charity League with her daughter and Young Men’s Service League with her son. She also volunteers her time serving the community through Meals on Wheels.
Ashley is a member of Chase Oaks Church and loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and playing competitive tennis. As an outstanding agent, Ashley has been awarded Local Profile Top Producer, Real Producer Top 500 North Dallas and is an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designee. She is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and accredited by the National Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors®, and Collin County Association of Realtors®.
